We believe soccer is about doing things properly. About making sure everyone has a chance to be involved in soccer, regardless of ability, gender, or disability. About encouraging and increasing the involvement at all levels of soccer, and about having fun doing it. It's about making opportunities available, and about using the power of soccer to build the best environment for our players to thrive as they seek their own pathway in playing the beautiful game. Mini Kickers offers a dynamic, fun and age-appropriate activities and games for all children ages 3-5 years. Guided discovery will allow each child to develop social and emotional skills and an understanding for group activities and soccer.
At Bainbridge Island FC
Development Academy - our Development Academy program is for boys and girls 8-9 years. A flourishing Academy experience will be less about what the PLAYER can bring to the CLUB and more about what the CLUB can do for the PLAYER in terms of fostering a belief in one's self as a young athlete and a love for the game. Our Academy is an ideal and vibrant place for the player who wants to be introduced to the game, play with friends and participate on a team. Players from the Development Academy program have the choice to move to either recreational or select soccer.
Recreational Soccer offers boys and girls aged 6-14 years the opportunity to play with new and existing friends in a safe and friendly atmosphere all year round. The recreational level of play is an ideal for the player who wants to enjoy the game with friends and participate on a team. Recreational soccer is open to all players and is primarily devoted to the enjoyment and development of soccer players. No tryouts are required to join a team.
Select Soccer is an all-encompassing soccer program, offering the highest level of youth soccer in Washington for players beginning at ages 10-18 years. Offering seasonal and year-round playing options, Bainbridge Island FC select soccer ensures accelerated skills development and higher levels of competition. Select soccer requires a greater commitment from players, parents and coaches, and is considered the best path to playing high school and collegiate-level soccer.
TOP Soccer at Bainbridge Island FC is our program for players 4 years of age and older who have developmental and/or physical disabilities. The program is based on skill level, not age, and participants include players, coaches and buddies - volunteers who are paired with each player to assist with the game. TOP Soccer creates an opportunity for players with disabilities to be part of our soccer community, where they grow emotionally and physically and where their families, coaches and buddies connect to share in the joy of playing soccer.
Camps/Clinics at Bainbridge Island FC we offer camps for ages 3-15 years, select from our fun summer camps, skills based camps and specialist camps. There is something for all age and skill levels.
Adult Soccer at Bainbridge Island FC was added to our recreational program to add play opportunities for male and female players that want to have an opportunity to play on a team, but in a relaxed, enjoyable environment. 7v7 soccer is a fun way to get out and play after the working week. Bainbridge Island FC has also added an opportunity for our adults to participate in the more competitive environment of the Cascadia Adult Premier league to widen our playing options for all ages within our program.
