Bainbridge Island FC Financial Aid Program

The purpose of the Bainbridge Island FC (BIFC) Financial Aid Program is to provide the children of Bainbridge Island and the surrounding communities with the opportunity to play soccer and develop their skills even if they would otherwise not be able to participate due to their financial situation. BIFC is proud to offer financial assistance for club program fees and/or uniform costs. As a non-profit organization, BIFC has limited funds to provide financial aid each season. A higher priority will be given to applications that are fully completed by the deadline listed below. The BIFC Treasurer will notify the applicants of the club’s decision approximately seven to 10 days after the application deadline. If you don’t hear from the club’s Treasurer within 14 days of submitting your application, please email the Treasurer for an update.

Financial Aid Recipient’s Responsibilities

It is the expectation of BIFC that recipients of financial aid demonstrate dedication through consistent attendance at team practices and games. It is also the responsibility of each family receiving financial aid to reciprocate through active volunteering for club and team activities. Club volunteer opportunities can be obtained by contacting the BIFC Volunteer Coordinator and may include such activities as providing assistance with the Island Cup, fundraisers, lining fields, etc.

Questions about the program should be directed to the club Treasurer or Club Registrar.
