BIFC Annual General Meeting – November 9

Hi BIFC Families,

The BIFC Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 8:00 pm in the Sakai Intermediate School library.  All BIFC families are welcome to attend the meeting if they wish to do so.  The AGM will include a recap of any club business from the past 12 months.  We will also hold our annual election for open BIFC Board positions.

Open positions this year include the following:

Each of these positions has a two-year term.  Anyone who wishes to run for an open position needs to contact the club to be added to the ballot no fewer than 10 days before the AGM.  Please reach out to me directly if you wish to be added to the ballot for an open position.
