Phil has been coaching for Bainbridge Island FC for more than twenty years, holding various positions within the club, most notably leading the hugely successful World Cup summer camps. His teams have won numerous WA State Cup titles throughout the years.

Phil has coached for Kitsap Alliance, Eastside FC and holds the following coaching licenses; UEFA B Licence, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and Coaching.
